# Почему после закрытия чата и удаления Лида/Сделки не открылся новый чат и не создалась сущность?

Открытые линии не закрываются моментально, к тому же вы в это время удалили лид/сделку.\
В этом случае не нужно торопиться. 

Также проверьте в настройках Открытой Линии, может у вас стоит задержка закрытия линии. В это время Лиды не создаются, по чатам нет уведомлений.
