# Ошибка WhatsApp «Ожидание сообщения»

Такое бывает. Это ошибка со стороны WhatsApp, она связана с новой системой шифрования WhatsApp. После выхода новой версии WhatsApp эта и некоторые другие ошибки стали появляться сами по себе. Т.е. такое же поведение вы можете встретить и при работе просто с веб-версией на компьютере.

Подобные сообщения на телефоне могут прогрузиться позже и мы можем не заметить даже, что оно было. А в открытые линии оно позже прогрузиться не может, как поступило, таким и остаётся.

Необходимо обновить WhatsApp на телефоне, потом необходимо переподключить (отключить от приложения в Битрикс24 и снова отсканировать код) в приложении в Б24.
