# Можно ли удалить историю переписки с клиентом?

Все переписки хранятся в Открытых линиях в Битрикс24, оттуда их удалить нельзя.

История чата сохранится, даже если вы отключите Открытую линию.

**При удалении Открытой линии** (Настройки Открытой линии - Прочее - Удалить) **удаляются все чаты,** связанные с этой Открытой линией, **без возможности восстановления**.

Крайне не рекомендуем использовать данную функцию!

Чтобы удалить Открытую линию, выполните следующее:
