# Ошибка «Этот файл был удален»

Обычно данная ошибка возникает, если файлы были удалены с диска портала.\
Возможно было удалено с помощью автоматической очистки, возможно кто-то вручную удалял папки. Все файлы, которые приходят в Открытые линии, сохраняются в Диск.

Также файлы могут не загрузиться на портал, если свободное место заканчивается.
