# Copy of Ошибка «Канал коммуникации не настроен»
Обычно причины в следующем:
1\. Вы пишете в старый чат, который был создан другим приложением\коннектором и сейчас этот коннектор не подключен к этой открытой линии.
2\. Коннектор отключен в настройках.
3\. Вы пишете себе на подключенный номер.
Чтобы узнать к какому каналу и линии прикреплён чат, попробуйте найти его через Список диалогов (**CRM** (система управления взаимоотношениями с клиентами) — **Клиенты** — **Контакт-центр** — **Список диалогов**).
## Важное замечание по правам доступа
Для работы с каналами коммуникации **не имеет значения**, являетесь ли вы администратором портала Bitrix24. Главное — наличие соответствующих прав доступа в настройках Олчат (в разделе управления коннекторами и открытыми линиями). Убедитесь, что у пользователя назначены необходимые разрешения для работы с выбранным каналом.
## Дополнительные рекомендации
* Проверьте статус коннектора в личном кабинете Олчат.
* Если чат старый, попробуйте начать новый диалог с клиента.
* При возникновении ошибки после недавних изменений в настройках обновите страницу или перелогиньтесь.
