# При смене номера чаты сохранятся?

Вся переписка с клиентами у вас останется в Битрикс24, так как она сохраняется в открытых линиях Битрикс24.

Если с клиентом уже ведётся переписка, то при смене вашего номера, у него в WhatsApp начнётся чат с вашим новым номером, а не продолжится переписка в предыдущем чате. То есть у вас в Битрикс24 будет тот же чат, а вот у клиента начнётся новый.

Поэтому, если у вас есть незакрытые диалоги с клиентами, то лучше туда написать, что ваша компания меняет номер телефона.
