# Есть ли возможность в групповом чате упоминать клиента?

В групповом чате можно упоминать внутреннего пользователя Битрикс24 (сотрудника), который состоит в данной группе. При использовании «@персона» появляется перечень сотрудников, из которого можно выбрать.

Упоминать внешнего пользователя пока нет технической возможности.
