# Ошибка при создании группы «Bot was installed by another rest application»

При возникновении данной ошибки необходимо проверить количество установленных приложений Олчат.

Если у вас установлено 2 приложения, необходимо удалить оба, затем установить нужное. Инструкция по установке [здесь](https://docs.olchat.io/ustanovka-i-nastroika/ustanovka-prilozheniya).

Затем нужно либо добавить бота в группы WhatsApp в Битрикс24 повторно (и если возможно передать ему владельца чата), либо переподключить группу. Тогда всё должно быть корректно.
