# Ошибка при создании группы «The user does not have access to the application - ошибка в группе»

При возникновении данной ошибки необходимо в [правах доступа к приложению](https://docs.olchat.io/ustanovka-i-nastroika/nastroika-prav-dlya-raboty-s-prilozheniem-olchat#prava-na-prilozhenie) убрать сотрудников и оставить пустым это поле, чтобы доступно было всем.

После этого можете обратно добавить нужных сотрудников в доступ к приложению.
